Returns/Exchange Policy

We will do everything possible to make sure each customer is satisfied with their order. In some rare cases when a mutual resolution cant be reached you may need to return the item to us.

You may return any item that you purchased through unopened within 5 days of delivery for a full refund with no restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect item.)

If you have a return after 5 days it is only eligible for a store credit upon return of your item(s) to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you received damaged/defective goods, please send us an email or send us a message through the Contact Us page and we will send you a replacement item(s) or process your return.
